"Sweat It Be"

So I have always been that girl that after any sports game, looks like I had a shower, I just sweat easily and mostly in my hair and face, I also look like a tomato head because my face gets super red.  I thought that this was mostly normal growing up, until I look to the left and right of me on the treadmill and see girls who have been running longer than me, hair and face completely dry, bangs set perfectly on their salty-sweaty FREE forehead.  

So now I have this problem...I'm pretty self conscious about my hot mess..

Ben and I got gym memberships to 24 in January and I have been going pretty regularly.  Jennica and I have been mostly religious about attending Yoga and Zumba classes! They are so fun!  Yoga is relaxing and hard and about relaxation and balance, and I totally feel like a celebrity because they are all into the zen of yoga and we say "namaste" and stuff and I always feel really good after.  Zumba is high powered cardio dance for an hour straight, it beats running on a treadmill for an hour and the dances are so energetic and you learn to shake what you got pretty good too!

I was starting to feel weird about my red head and my wet bangs and so after 6.5 minutes on the treadmill, exactly when I started to sweat, I would get off, go do some easy stuff and then go back until I started to sweat again...So basically it was a pathetic work out.  

I soon realized this was stupid...I can't put drysol all up in my scalp and I can't stop sweating so whatever I might as well just embrace it and make it worth it and I'm gonna stop coveting girls who don't have glands or something and just not worry about it anymore.

I'm doing something good for my body, my pores are cleansing, models rub oil on themselves which practically looks like sweat,  and I look hardcore! 

Sorry if this is a gross post for some to read all about sweat, it's just been on my mind...

Cassie I wouldn't worry about it, I look red faced and sweaty too, but what is important is that you feel good, and then when your not at the gym you will look good. I mean really is it necessary to look good while exercising... I think not.

my mom says that sweating is releasing the toxins from your body. so you totally got this yoga zen toxin releasing going on! im practically jealous!

I sweat from my hands, and not only when I work out... So i kind of know how you feel... Your blog is looking super cute by the way!
